SHIPPING OVERVIEW

We ship both within Australia and internationally. All orders are packed with care and dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Some products are released in limited batches or via waitlists, including our Inner Youth Face Oil Elixir. For waitlisted products, dispatch timing depends on your position in the waitlist and stock availability. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If a product is on waitlist, this will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.


AUSTRALIA
Shipping costs, within Australia, are as follows (in one transaction):

Flat rate $15 shipping Australia wide via Australia Post Express.

FREE SHIPPING Australia wide via Australia Post Standard or Flat rate $20 Express.


All orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days of successful order payment. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed the next business day.

Shipment will be via Australia Post with tracking number provided. In the event that there was an option for an Authority to Leave scenario, the parcel will be left in accordance with Australia Post’s Authority to Leave procedures. C.A.F.M. Botanics [Crown And Full Moon] will not accept any liability for missing packages if the Authority to Leave option is instructed.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide to most destinations.

International orders are sent primarily via Australia Post International, using tracked and express services where available. In some cases, alternative couriers such as DHL or FedEx may be used if required.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard International: 6–27 business days

Express International (where available): typically 7–14 business days

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.

In the event that there was an option for an Authority to Leave scenario, the parcel will be left in accordance with the customer's instructions. C.A.F.M. Botanics [Crown And Full Moon] will not accept any liability for missing packages if an Authority to Leave option is instructed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your local government.

These charges:

• Are not included in your checkout total
• Are the responsibility of the customer
• Are charged by your local customs authority, not us

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing an order.


ALL DELIVERIES

Please ensure delivery address is checked correctly on checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address that results in parcel being returned to sender for redispatch will incur new postage charges that will be payable by the customer to resend the parcel to the correct address.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours (3 business days) of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For international orders, once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside our control.

REFUNDS

We pride ourselves in creating beautifully handcrafted natural skincare products and hope you enjoy and are pleased with the items you received. Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges; however, we can offer refunds if there is a fault (of our own) with any product and/or as provided by Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us immediately, within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving the item(s), with your invoice receipt, so that we can find a resolution.

Please note: our natural soap products are handcrafted with care and love and individual batches may vary slightly in shape, texture, smell and form. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for refund.

Issued refunds will be processed back to the same account/card that was used for original payment. Please take note that it can take some time for your bank, credit card company or account issuer to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
